Biography Born and raised in Quincy, Massachusetts, Attorney Patrick Driscoll, Jr. received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Driscoll is also a graduate of Boston College and Boston College High School. While at Suffolk Law, Attorney Driscoll published works for the Suffolk University Law Review and interned in both the Gang Unit at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office and the Drug Task Force Unit at The United States Attorney's Office. During his final two years at law school, Attorney Driscoll worked for a Boston litigation firm dedicated to criminal defense and plaintiff's injury suits. While at the firm, Attorney Driscoll's work included motor vehicle torts, traumatic brain-injury suits, plaintiff side injury suits, and business litigation. After being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, Attorney Driscoll worked as an assistant district attorney in Suffolk County. During his time in the District Attorney's office, Attorney Driscoll handled hundreds of cases, ranging from aggravated felonies to misdemeanors. He tried a variety of cases including OUIs, drug distributions, white collar crimes, and assault and batteries. In March of 2009, Attorney Driscoll joined the Law Offices of Daniel W, O'Malley, P.C. where he focuses on criminal defense, plaintiff side injury suits and business litigation.
